The Red River North & South Cabins—Hill Country Cabins to Share!
Welcome to the Red River North & South Cabins—perhaps the most nostalgic of all the cabins because of it's dogtrot-like design. True to traditional dogtrot cabins, it is two completely separate dwellings, each with its own entrance and chimney at its gable end but connected by a roof and breezeway.
In both cabins, you’ll find a large comfortable leather sofa facing the large rock wood-burning fireplace, a quaint but modern kitchen with staples such as coffees, teas, and even the makings for smores. A roomy bath with tiled Jacuzzi tub/shower, vintage hardware and décor such as the rough-hewn furniture, old rocker and cowhide mirror complete the rustic charm.
You can spend some time on the covered porch or take advantage of the spectacular courtyard right in front. And when it’s time for some shut eye, just head back to the rustic log bed with its hand stitched quilt.

Traveling with another couple? Let us know and we'll book you in the Red River Cabins. We've had many guests tell us it was the perfect accommodations. It's close enough to add convenience, but separated enough to remain as private as all the other cabins.
